There is also a 'peace between house and the brotherhood of steel' mod that is probably worth installing, but I personally disagree with changing developer story arcs, adding OP weapons etc. They provide a quick snapshot of every mod you should at least consider getting. They show you the top mods every month since the game launched. Look at the 'files of the month' tab in nexus. If you've played the game 4+ times before, I recommend an increased spawn mod that doubles or triples etc. You don't need the perk mod every Playthrough but it gives you options. I also recommend a 'perk every level mod, that lets you relax and buy weird perks that you otherwise wouldn't ever end up getting. I recommend a 'sprint mod' so you can move faster when in the middle of nowhere.
